In the desert, where the mirage pond ripples at your feet, and shadows cast by the full moon dance upon the dunes… Anthony Vaccarello’s spring/summer 2023 menswear show was a spectacle of epic proportions.
But what makes it truly memorable is how Vaccarello managed to make even that spectacle feel intimate and real and strong.
Of course, this is not surprising from a designer who has been honing his craft for over 10 years. The fact that he had Yves Saint Laurent himself in mind as he conceived this collection is all the more remarkable. See below some of our favourite looks from this seasons show…
